The Bees will play their first ever game at their new ground this weekend (Sunday 5th September, Kick Off 3pm) when they take on Nottingham in Round 2 of the RFU Championship at Damson Park.

Damson Park, home to Solihull Moors FC, is just a couple of miles from Solihull town centre and will be the venue for the Bees’ unique brand of rugby thanks to a Ground share agreement between both Clubs.

Sunday’s curtain raiser sees both Championship sides looking for the first win of the season, after the Bees were defeated away from home at Worcester and Nottingham lost narrowly at home to London Welsh.

Speaking ahead of the game, Bees' Director of Rugby Russell Earnshaw said, “We have now drawn a line in the sand in terms of commitment and physicality that I'm not interested in us ever failing to exceed. In terms of clarity and execution of our game plan, we still have plenty of work to do and Sunday cannot come quickly enough for us."
