KOLKATA: Jungle Crows humbled Delhi Lions 40-12 to reach the losers' plate division final of the All India and South Asia rugby here at the Calcutta Cricket and Football Club on Monday.
Jungles Crows, a team formed mainly out of players from the lesser-privileged sections, built up the big score riding on the contribution of its Sri Lankan recruit Milinda Ayasinge.
Showing good skills in both attacking and converting set-pieces Ayasinge alone fetched 20 points making two tries and five conversions. The main Cup division quarterfinals resume on Tuesday.
