Weymouth Rugby Club is hosting Tag Adult Rugby games throughout June and July –
all adults welcome (minimum age 17).
Are you an ex-player who still has the enthusiasm / urge to throw the oval ball around, without the injuries / bruises? Are you a woman who is always on the sidelines just watching, helping your other half / children play the game, wishing you could take part? Are you a player or coach wishing to keep up / improve on your own / teams running / handling / fitness during the off season?
Then this is for you!
Games will be played at Weymouth Rugby Club, Monmouth Avenue on a Thursday evening
starting 6pm with barbecue and drinks, kick-off at 6:30pm,
Teams to consist of 12 members –with 7 on the field with rolling subs. We are wishing to run a mixed league, which must have 3 of the opposite sex on the field at all times, as well as a male’s league. Teams will have to sign up or register players beforehand – only if short on players on the day a team can ‘invite’ a non-registered person/s to play for them (max of 3).
There will be no cost but each team will have to provide a referee, could be one of your own team members or a 13th person.
