Southwold Swallows 36 - Deeping Devils 7

Having won their last six games in a row, the Swallows were hoping to continue their winning streak. Deeping Devils only managed to bring 10 players, so they played 10 aside.
From kick off Southwold Swallows took the game to Deeping and after 5 minutes of strong attacking play saw Chantelle Savage ran wide, scoring under the posts. With quick ball both Kim Roberts and Donna Copper performed a similar move with Amy Gregory and Laura Mac Donald converting
Southwold hit the deeping line and pushed them into their own 22, from a scrum Amy Gregory at fly half battled her way through the Deeping strong defence. With a weak late tackle , she scored under the posts.
Although Deeping managed to score a try and convert, it was one way traffic for most of the half as the Southwold kept piling on the pressure.
Due to injury before half time, Deeping Devil were down to 9 players. ending the game at half time.
