On Friday, April 4th, Seghill Rugby Club held their annual players dinner and awards ceremony, which was well attended by players both past and present.
Following a hearty 3-course meal, and one or two drinks, those in attendance were treated to some humour, and ribbing, from Jimmy Wrightson, from Wallsend RFC, who stepped in at the last minute as guest speaker.
Among those who received awards during the proceedings were John Atherton, Neil Rennie, Paul Quick and Gary Miller.
