The first XV made one of their longest away trips on Saturday after several weeks off due to the weather and the festive break hoping for a return to winning form.
The first half saw both sides contest well and play some decent rugby, with Olney holding onto the lead at the half time break 13-14 after two tries from their backs, Centre, Chris Parnham and Scrum Half, James Hawken with Hawken converting both.
The second half however saw the home side dominate and enjoyed the majority of the possession and score a further eleven points which took the final score to 24-14.
However, Olney remain fourth in the league and welcome Oakmedians this coming Saturday for another tough fixture after winning away at the start of the season 30-32.
