Supermarine Ladies suffered their first defeat of the season against Reading ladies, a close first half came to close with Reading scoring a breakaway try which was converted. They started the second half with another good run scoring an unconverted try. Then Supermarine came back with an excellent worked try with Becky Chester putting it over the line shortly followed by a Nat Williams try which she converted, the game was decided by penalties with Reading scoring 2 and Supermarine scoring 1
